The First North East Roots Homecoming Award
In 2025, we were approached by the Community Foundation to create an award for their North East Roots Homecoming award ceremony. Our client had a clear idea of what they wanted:
A medal featuring multiple landmarks from the North East of England to represent the recipients’ home towns
An embossed certificate for the awardees
Oak frames for the certificates and medals
A matching pin badge for keynote speakers and attendees of the awards
Tyne Derwent Way in a Box
Tyne Derwent Way in a Box is a multi-generational project. Working with young neurodiverse creatives, older crafters and people who live in care homes.
We were asked by the National Trust and the Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust to take the role of the creative producer for this project in 2024.
This project aimed to introduce new audiences to the 9-mile route of the Tyne Derwent Way, create a range of sensory tools through a variety of workshops and combine these tools to make sensory boxes that could be enjoyed by people living in residential care homes.
Antiques of the Future
As a society, we are starting to become aware of the cost of our consumption. Whether it’s the disposable cheap imported goods that we rush to buy. Or the anxiety over how many plastic products we throw away.
Sustainable Creativity
Commercialise without Compromise was a programme of training tailored for the creative and cultural community. Co-created by our Director and founder Corinne Lewis-Ward and Newcastle University Business School (specifically Fiona Whitehurst and Jo Singh).
